RIBBON-CUTTING PLANNED AT PARK: Howland Township Park Commissioners will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony at noon Saturday at the Bolindale Park on the township's west side to celebrate the renovations to the park pavilions. There will be free hot dogs and drinks from noon to 1 p.m.
