The Melting Pot Restaurant
The
Melting Pot in Cleveland is a fun dining experience. We visited the
Legacy Village location for Mother's day and my daughter has been asking
to go back for her birthday. Plan on spending 2 hours to go through a 3 course meal.
Use drink pouch containers to create box top collection containers fit for bulletin boards
I wrapped the box (leaving the top open) and covered with a school label as well as box top & label images. These boxes can then be pinned to a cork bulentin board and won't take up any counter space at the shop/office/church etc that agreed to collect them for you.

get to the library
join a parents/moms group (check meetup or search groups on facebook)
look into what's going on at the area museums, attractions & parks
start following local bloggers, they'll post reviews and maybe host ticket giveaways
don't forget the malls & stores! Most malls have a playarea and chain stores such as Home Depot, Michaels and Barnes & Noble will host storytimes and crafts

The Refuge ~ General Info and Party location review
Located in Liberty, the Refuge operates as a faith-based youth hangout during the week but is available for rent. The building was formerly a landscaping or home construction business and offers a small kitchen (sink, fridge, island counter), dining area, dance floor with stage (great for Just Dance games!), other video game systems, pool tables, basketball hoops in the gym and parking lot, comfy lounge seating.

Your event will be posted on that sign, might be helpful to tie balloons to it as the building sits back from the road
large chalk wall offers a fun backdrop for a photobooth
This U shaped counter doesn't move, a table skirt easily covers their logo and there is plenty of space for presents, etc.
This would be my only complaint, there's not a convenient spot to hang a pinata'
