There are two factory tours every Monday through Friday. The first tour begins at 10:30 am and the second begins at 12:30 pm.
Please Note:
- The tour route encompasses the production areas with stair climbing, walking in noisy areas, on uneven surfaces therefore participants must wear flat closed toe shoes, possess the ability to walk up to one and a half miles unassisted by canes, wheelchairs or walkers. In addition we cannot accommodate oxygen or any flammable materials in the production areas.
- Factory tours may be cancelled due to extreme weather conditions.
- In order to ensure that members of our staff are available for your tour, all factory tours must be scheduled in advance. A two-week prior arrangement is suggested.
- The factory tour takes approximately one hour to complete.
- The factory tour includes a visit to The Homer Laughlin China Company Museum, housing china displays from the past 133 years of Homer Laughlin China history.
