Are you feeling cooped up with the frigid winter temperatures? Do you need to get out for some good old fashioned family time? The YMCA and the Ice Zone have partnered together and have come up with a solution for you. Every Sunday from now through April, YMCA members can skate for FREE from 2-4pm at the Ice Zone in Boardman. This includes skate rental. Just present your key fob to Ice Zone staff and sign in.
If ice skating isn't your thing, just stop by the membership office at Davis to pick up your FREE tickets to a Phantoms hockey game.

We offer private ice rentals, broomball, figure skating, synchronized skating, freestyle sessions, youth hockey, high school hockey, girls hockey, hockey camps, home school programs, RapidShot, power hockey classes, learn to skate for all ages, birthday parties, adult parties, in-house hockey leagues, corporate outing and team building events.

This portion of Waddell Park is normally used as the football field for the Little Red Dragons and is referred to as the bowl. The parking is kinda limited and there aren't any restrooms or warming house nearby but it's a nice little spot to sled ride, just watch out for the goal post!
