Target Cartwheel!
I love the Target Cartwheel app! You don't need a smart phone to take advantage of the savings though. If you are not using a smart phone select your offers and print your bar code. On your smart phone, just show the cashier the bar code that is generated on the My Cartwheel page. The offers change all the time.
