The online pickup feature is pretty handy. Create a Walmart.com account, and pick out your groceries, Health & Personal Care items, cleaning supplies even pet care.
After you check out online, you'll select a pickup day and time. When you arrive to the site to get your order, you'll call to let them know you're there. Allow for a half an hour to process your purchase. Your car is loaded and you're on your way!
